Returns & Exchanges

  • Please notify Ambess Wholesale Supplier of any shipment discrepancies (incorrect invoicing, incorrect items, missing items, damaged items, etc.) within 5 business days of delivery of merchandise.  Any discrepancies beyond 5 business days, will be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Ambess Wholesale.
  • We accept returns on all, un-opened and un-used items for a period of 5 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in brand new, re-sellable condition and include all original packing materials, instructions, and accessories.
  • We do not accept returns of partial displays.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped.
  • All sales on warehouse deals, clearance items and discontinued items are final.
  • Ambess Wholesale will not accept any returns or issue credit on perishable products from our customers.  We cannot guarantee that storage or shipping conditions from our customers to Ambess Wholesale, therefore we cannot resell those products in good conscience to other customers.

Product Consistency

Ambess Prepaid has made every effort to display our products, as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Our main focus has always been consistency and providing quality products to our valued customers.
